Support for All Your Mental Health Needs

Services Available

The fees for counselling often can be a discouraging barrier to accessing support.

At Sip & Psych I follow the recommended fee set for mental health professionals and those who have insurance &/or financial ability pay full price for the sessions. This then allows me the ability to provide a sliding scale rate for others. Please do not hesitate to reach out about options available, I cannot guarantee I’ll always have capacity as a small business owner, but I will try to find a solution for us both.

Individual Therapy

My approach to counselling is to highlight the strengths you already hold, while building in techniques, tools, and an understanding of what else you are capable of. Together we will get you the through tough times and into a place of confident competence to move forward.

Youth & Young Adult Therapy

Sometimes youth need someone more than their school counsellor to provide them with specialized support. Emphasizing the client-centred approach builds the therapeutic relationship with youth and helps to establish safety, allow freedom to express thoughts and feelings, and build empowered young people.
